Payment Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to payments for Bianca Raby coaching sessions under Valo Limited and as described at https://biancaraby.com/career-coaching.

1. Payment Terms and Conditions

Clients are required to make payments for coaching services via either direct bank transfer or card payments through a third-party payment gateway.

  1. Direct Bank Transfer: Clients choosing this option must ensure that payments are made to the bank details provided by Valo Limited. The Client is responsible for any fees associated with the bank transfer.
  2. Card Payments: Clients opting for card payments will be directed to a secure third-party payment gateway. Valo Limited does not store or have access to Clients' card details.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, Valo Limited operates on a strict no refund policy.

At the discretion of Valo Limited, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Services Not Commenced: If coaching services have not yet commenced, Valo Limited reserves the right to consider refund requests.
  2. Request Within 7 Days: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Refund Consideration:

  1. The client must provide a written refund request to hello@valolimited.com, clearly stating the reason for the refund and providing relevant details.
  2. Valo Limited will review the request within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at the sole discretion of Valo Limited.

Exceptions to Refund Consideration:

  1. If coaching services have already commenced, no refund will be issued.
  2. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.

3. Exceptions

  1. In the event that Valo Limited is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, alternative arrangements or rescheduling of services may be considered at the discretion of Valo Limited.
  2. If a Client experiences technical difficulties or other issues preventing them from accessing the coaching services, Valo Limited may, at its discretion, offer technical support or make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, this does not entitle the Client to a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Clients may request to reschedule coaching sessions with reasonable notice given to Valo Limited.
  2. Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

5. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

Changes to the Policy

Valo Limited reserves the right to amend or update these Payment Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised Policy will apply to all coaching services purchased after the effective date of the modification.

By engaging in coaching services with Valo Limited, Clients affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Payment Terms and Conditions with No Refund Policy.
